TERMS & CONDITIONS

AGE LIMIT AND EXPERIENCE

Drivers aged between 23 and 70, subject to satisfactory insurance proposal and full licence holder for min 12 months. Minimum age for Luton and Minibus is 25 - you also require a D1 category on your licence for minibus.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

Authorisation may be obtained for additional drivers. An administration charge of £5 per day will apply for each driver. Note: It is ILLEGAL for unauthorised persons to drive in ANY circumstances.

NON-U.K. LICENCE HOLDERS

Additional conditions may apply and passport is required. Check with hire company for further information.

DAMAGE TO VEHICLES

Hirers are liable for £500 excess in the event of any damage. Damage to Luton vans above cab height is not covered and will be hirers liability.

HIRE EXTENSION

Subject to availability of vehicles, hires may be extended by contacting the hire office BEFORE the end of the original hire period. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being uninsured and this is illegal.

ANIMALS

Our insurers expressly forbid the carriage of any pet animals in any vehicle without prior authority.

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE

Fuel tank levels may vary and must be refilled to same level. Please retain a fuel receipt for inspection on return of the vehicle. The hirer is responsible for minor items such as tyre damage, punctures, oil etc for duration of hire.

PAYMENT

Vehicle hires must be paid in full prior to commencement. We accept all major credit/debit cards . Exemption available to approved account holders only .

ALLOWANCES

A maximum of six penalty points is acceptable provided there have been no bans in the last 10 years.

REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR LICENCE AND A SECOND FORM OF IDENTIFICATION. BOTH PARTS OF PHOTOCARD LICENCE ARE REQUIRED
